Announcement of our new Chairman

It gives me great pleasure on behalf of the Board to announce the appointment of Neil Jowsey as the Non-Executive Chairman of Ballyclare Group Limited, formerly known as Best Dressed Group Limited. Ballyclare Group Limited is the holding company for all Ballyclare and Simon Jersey companies.

Neil joins the Board at a key time for the Group as we integrate the Simon Jersey and Ballyclare businesses and build our recovery from the impact of Covid-19.

Neil is a widely experienced senior executive with a strong commercial, financial, and operational track record spanning more that 30-years. He is the current CEO of Cromwell Group and formerly CEO of Arco. His career has included senior roles at Mars and Asda. Neil has a track record of delivering substantial strategic and operational success.

Personally, Neil is married to Jess and has 3 grown-up children – Ryan, Paige and Luke and he lives in Harrogate.

The Board believes that Neil is a great fit for both the Ballyclare and Simon Jersey brands and well qualified to chair the Board and support the Executive team.

Neil commenced his new role from the 1st May 2021.
