Free Standard UK Delivery for orders over £75, otherwise, UK delivery is £3.95. Estimated delivery is within 7 working days.
UK orders placed via email on email@example.com will incur a delivery charge of £8.95.
Orders from the Netherlands can be placed via email firstname.lastname@example.org and will incur a delivery charge dependant on order size and delivery location.
Returns must take place within 7 days of receiving your order and can be arranged by contacting our Customer Service team on email@example.com or 0844 493 2808 (UK only number) or +44 (0)161 412 0000.
After contacting Customer Services you will be given a reference number and a link to our returns form. Print this form, securely attach it to your return package and drop the package off at your local drop off point. Please mark your return package with "WEB ORDER PRIORITY".
Your returned item(s) will be processed as soon as possible by Ballyclare and within 7 days from when we received the item(s). Currently returns processing times will be longer due to the requirement to quarantine any returned items for 48 hours before they can be processed.
Ballyclare will only compensate you for the return delivery charges if the item(s) is faulty or if it has been delivered to you by mistake. Special measures and garments which have been personalised unfortunately cannot be returned.
