Due to current the COVID-19 situation in the UK, processing and dispatching orders may take longer than usual. We apologise and are working hard to minimise any delays.
UK orders placed online under £75 will be subject to a delivery charge of £3.95. UK orders over £75 will receive free delivery. UK orders placed via email on firstname.lastname@example.org and other means will incur a delivery charge of £8.95.
European orders placed online under £150 will be subject to a delivery charge of £14.95. European orders over £150 will receive free delivery. Any EU order will be subject to a customs declaration and possible customs check. Any fees or costs associated are the responsibility of the customer or recipient.
Order online and we'll dispatch your order the same or next day (Monday - Friday). From dispatch, UK deliveries are delivered the next day, though can take up to 3 days if there is a transit delay. EU orders should be delivered 4-6 days from dispatch, though can take up to 10 days if there is a delay.
Orders from the Netherlands can be placed via email email@example.com and will incur a delivery charge dependant on order size and delivery location.
Returns must take place within 7 days of receiving the item(s) and can be arranged by contacting our Customer Service team on 0844 493 2808 (UK only number) or +44 (0)161 412 0000. If you have returned your item(s) to Ballyclare the return will be processed as soon as possible and within 7 days from Ballyclare receiving the item(s). During the COVID-19 pandemic returns processing times will be longer due to the requirement to quarantine any returned items for 48 hours before they can be processed. Ballyclare will only compensate you for the return delivery charges if the item(s) is faulty or if it has been delivered to you by mistake. Special measures and garments which have been personalised unfortunately cannot be returned.
