Worn by the RAF Fast Jet Team these highly technical and highly certified flame retardant 2-layer GORE-TEX® Garments provide the ultimate protection in extreme cold weather conditions. GORE-TEX® Fabrics protect against the wet, rain and is windproof to prevent dangerous wind chill effects.
Cold Weather Aircrew Trouser These specialist military garments are fully seam sealed with proprietary GORE-SEAM® Tape to provide ultimate full waterproofness to meet and exceed the EN 14360 Protective Clothing Against Rain test with no leakage after extended use simulation. These combined qualities ensure superb wearing comfort while withstanding the highest water pressure and severe mechanical stresses such as when sitting or kneeling on damp ground.
The 98% Aramid / 2% Carbon 200g outer fabric and lining fabric conform to the International and European Standard EN ISO 14116:2008 Index 3 for Protective clothing - Protection against heat and flame - Limited flame spread materials, material assemblies and clothing. Index 3 certifies the flame does not spread, there are no flaming debris, no afterglow, no hole formation, the afterflame times of each individual specimen is less than two seconds.

This 150g 93% Kevlar / 5% ParaAramid / 2% P140 Nomex® Comfort fabric flame retardant coverall is worn by an international flying display team. Our military uniforms are always designed with protection and safety in mind but we always have the wearer in mind too. Every item is designed to keep the wearer comfortable as they undertake their duties. With this in mind we look at cut, fit, fabric and weight to ensure every part and section of the garment is necessary and structured to provide the best and most comfortable protective clothing we can. From the position and material used for fastenings to the ergonomic design around stress areas, we ensure we only manufacture workwear that’s specified with certainty and can be worn with confidence.
In this garment adjustable waists, wrist and ankle cuffs provide a secure and comfortable feeling for the wearer. The area around the thigh and knee is designed for ultimate form and function. Three knee darts form an articulated knee that follows the legs shape for a more comfortable fit with a greater range of movement.
DuPont™ NOMEX® is an innovative meta-aramid fibre yarn non-combustible in air. It will not melt or drip and if it is exposed to intense heat, the fabric carbonises and thickens, leaving the wearer protected by a virtually impenetrable barrier. What’s more, NOMEX® brand fibre cannot be washed or worn away; as proved by durability tests which showed no deterioration of performance or durability (fabric strength, dimensional stability, and appearance)… even after 200 washes*.
