This unisex multi-hazard, high visibility GORE-TEX PYRAD® jacket is part of the new Ballyclare arc flash multi-hazard range that is approved and worn by Network Rail. These innovative garments provide extremely high levels of flame retardancy, protection against arc flash, anti-static protection and high visibility while being lightweight and comfortable with ergonomic designs. These game-changing garments also have all the core benefits of GORE-TEX Fabrics that are known for their high-performance waterproof and breathable properties.   • 215gsm 2-layer GORE-TEX PYRAD® 99.4% polyester / 0.6% carbon fabric with an ePTFE membrane and a 50% aramid / 50% viscose FR lining
  • When wet or dry, GORE-TEX PYRAD® garments are up to 20% lighter than other garments with Category III arc protection, allowing wearers to work outside for extended periods during heavy rain
  • The outer fabric is fully seam sealed with proprietary GORE-SEAM® Tape to provide ultimate full waterproofness to meet and exceed the EN 14360 Protective Clothing Against Rain test with no leakage after extended use simulation
  • Every garment is manufactured using Ballyclare's expert knowledge and over 30 years of WL Gore & Associates garment design expertise
  • Best in class with proven "fitness for use"
  • High visibility orange background fabric with heat applied 50mm chevron reflective taping around the arms, chest, thighs and over the shoulders keep the wearer safe and seen at all times
  • Double storm flap with hook and loop front fastening stops water ingress
  • The collar is shaped and contoured for compatibility with hard hats to stop water dripping down the wearers neck
  • Elasticated adjustable internal sleeve cuffs with an anti-wicking panel stops water ingress and makes it more comfortable for the wearer
  • Two front angled pockets with double welt openings and hook and loop flaps makes them easier to access and less likely to take in water
  • Two internal patch pockets, one with zip and one with hook and loop fastening means the wearer can keep personal items with them
  • The sleeve pocket with hook and loop flaps allow the wearer to keep items close at hand and secure
  • Proven industrial laundering to ISO 15797 and home washing at 40°C
  • Frequent washing to remove dirt and contaminates combined with tumble drying will prolong the life and use of this garment, maximising value of investment
