Our XENON IJsselland structural firefighter suits are worn across the Netherlands region. The lightweight and very comfortable suit has been designed with a new cutting-edge fabric from TenCate.
This structural fire kit is manufactured in a 200 gsm 56% Nomex / 43% Kevlar / 1% Anti-static fabric with reinforced Kevlar elbow sections for additional protection
The unique placement of the reflective tape improves the wearer's visibility in daylight and low light conditions. The heat applied segmented tape helps reduce any contaminant build-up on the suit
The outer fabric has high performing mechanical properties, with very high heat stability due to the para-aramid and combined with the double wave construction it makes it very soft and supple
The construction and placements of spacers improve the breathability of the suit and air flow, reducing the risk of steam burns and heat stress
The fabric characteristics made it possible to create a lightweight, protective and comfortable structural suit. As it is very comfortable, it also makes the kit suitable for rescue work
